This Disclaimer applies to the use of ChatQURE AI mobile applications (Android and iOS), website, webpages, and related digital services (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Disclaimer.

If you do not agree with this Disclaimer, please discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Medical Consultation Services

ChatQURE AI provides a digital platform that facilitates online healthcare consultations between users and licensed healthcare professionals through:

• Text chat
• Audio calls
• Video calls The Platform enables communication between patients and healthcare professionals but does not directly provide medical treatment or healthcare services.

Important: ChatQURE AI currently does not provide medicine delivery, laboratory testing, diagnostic services, or offline medical appointments.

1A. AI Services

ChatQURE AI provides AI-powered health information features.

Users may upload medical or health-related reports, including but not limited to MRI reports, CT scan reports, X-ray reports, radiology reports, pathology reports, lab reports, prescriptions, discharge summaries, or other health documents.

Users may upload reports or documents using camera, gallery, file upload, or PDF upload options available within the Platform.

ChatQURE AI may analyze the uploaded report, image, PDF, or user question and provide general health-related insights, simplified explanations, possible precautions, and guidance regarding the type of doctor or medical specialist who may be suitable for the user’s concern.

ChatQURE AI is provided only for informational and educational purposes and does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, prescriptions, emergency advice, or a guaranteed medical opinion.

1B. AI Question Packs and Doctor Consultation Wallet

Access to certain AI-powered features may require the purchase of an AI Question Pack.

An AI Question Pack contains a specified number of questions or credits that may be used for eligible AI-powered features, including health-related questions, medical report analysis, report explanations, precaution suggestions, and doctor or specialist recommendation guidance.

AI Question Packs are separate from the Doctor Consultation Wallet.

The Doctor Consultation Wallet contains monetary or promotional balance that may be used for eligible per-minute consultations through text chat, audio calls, or video calls with healthcare professionals available on the Platform.

Questions or credits available in an AI Question Pack cannot be used to pay for healthcare professional consultations. Doctor Consultation Wallet balance cannot be used for AI-powered features unless the Platform expressly displays otherwise.

AI Question Pack prices, Doctor Consultation Wallet recharge amounts, included benefits, taxes, and availability may differ between the Android application, iOS application, website, and other supported platforms.

The price and purchase details displayed on the user’s selected platform at the time of purchase will apply.

All purchases are governed by the applicable Terms & Conditions, Pricing Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, app-store rules, and payment-provider terms.

Purchasing an AI Question Pack does not guarantee that an AI-generated response will be accurate, complete, suitable for the user’s condition, or equivalent to advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

2. Service Categories & Limitations

The Platform may provide access to different categories of healthcare and wellness professionals. Each category operates within its own scope and limitations:

(a) Medical Doctors (Allopathy)

• Licensed practitioners of modern medicine.
• May provide diagnosis, medical advice, and prescriptions in accordance with applicable laws. (b) AYUSH Practitioners
• Includes Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, and Naturopathy practitioners.
• Consultations and treatments are provided strictly as per their respective systems of medicine.
• Outcomes may vary and are not equivalent to modern medical treatment. (c) Wellness Experts
• Includes non-medical professionals such as wellness consultants.
• These services are non-medical in nature.
• No diagnosis, prescription, or medical treatment is provided under this category. (d) Veterinary Professionals
• Provide healthcare advice and treatment for animals only.
• These services must not be used for human medical concerns. User Acknowledgment

By using the Platform, users acknowledge that:

• They are responsible for selecting the appropriate category of service.
• Each category has different limitations and scopes of practice.
• ChatQURE AI is not liable for outcomes resulting from misuse or incorrect selection of service categories.

3. Not for Medical Emergencies

ChatQURE AI must not be used for medical emergencies.

If you experience a medical emergency, life-threatening condition, or urgent health issue, you should immediately:

• Call your local emergency services
• Visit the nearest hospital or emergency room
• Contact your local emergency helpline Consultations on ChatQURE AI are intended only for non-emergency medical advice and general health consultations.

4. Professional Qualifications

ChatQURE AI performs a verification process to confirm that healthcare professionals on the Platform possess relevant qualifications and professional registrations.

However:

• Healthcare professionals are independent practitioners
• ChatQURE AI does not control or supervise medical decisions made by doctors
• ChatQURE AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of medical advice provided All diagnoses, recommendations, and treatment decisions are solely the responsibility of the consulting healthcare professional.

5. Platform Role

ChatQURE AI operates solely as a technology platform that connects patients with independent healthcare professionals.

ChatQURE AI:

• Does not practice medicine
• Does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment
• Does not replace licensed healthcare providers ChatQURE AI does not provide services directly and does not control the scope of practice beyond the category selected by the user.

6. No Traditional Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of the Platform does not establish a traditional long-term doctor-patient relationship.

Consultations occur on a session-by-session basis, and healthcare professionals may not have access to your complete medical history, previous records, or physical examination results.

Users should consult a primary healthcare provider for ongoing medical care.

7. Limitations of Online Consultations

Telemedicine consultations have inherent limitations, including but not limited to:

• Inability to perform physical examinations
• Lack of diagnostic tests such as blood tests or imaging
• Potential technical interruptions or connectivity issues
• Dependence on accurate information provided by the user
• Certain medical conditions requiring in-person assessment Healthcare professionals may advise you to seek in-person medical care when necessary.

7A. Limitations of AI-Based Health Information

AI-generated information may have limitations and may not always be complete, accurate, updated, or suitable for every medical condition.

ChatQURE AI does not replace a qualified doctor, physical examination, diagnostic testing, hospital care, or emergency medical services.

AI-based report insights, precaution suggestions, and doctor/specialist recommendations are generated based on the information uploaded or submitted by the user. The quality and accuracy of the AI response may depend on the clarity, completeness, and accuracy of the uploaded report, image, PDF, or user question.

Users should not make medical decisions, start or stop medication, delay treatment, ignore symptoms, or avoid visiting a doctor solely based on AI-generated information.

Users should always consult a qualified medical practitioner for diagnosis, treatment, prescription, and medical decision-making.

Payment for an AI Question Pack or the use of a paid AI-powered feature does not create a doctor-patient relationship between the user and ChatQURE AI, its technology providers, or the artificial intelligence system.

Payment does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, timeliness, or medical reliability of any AI-generated response. The purchase price, number of questions or credits used, or type of Question Pack purchased does not change the informational and educational nature of the AI service.

8. User Responsibility

By using ChatQURE AI, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete health information
• Informing healthcare professionals of existing conditions, medications, allergies, and medical history
• Following medical advice provided by healthcare professionals
• Seeking in-person medical treatment when advised Failure to provide accurate information may affect the quality of medical advice provided.

9. No Warranty or Guarantee

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available".

ChatQURE AI makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding:

• The continuous availability of the Platform
• The accuracy or reliability of consultations
• The effectiveness of medical advice or treatment outcomes
• The suitability of the Platform for specific medical conditions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChatQURE AI, Forge Aura Technologies Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Medical outcomes or treatment results
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Health complications arising from consultations
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Decisions made based on medical advice obtained through the Platform Users acknowledge that they use the Platform at their own discretion and risk.

10A. AI Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

ChatQURE AI, Forge Aura Technologies Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and technology providers shall not be liable for any medical decision, health outcome, loss, damage, complication, or delay in treatment arising from reliance on AI-generated information.

ChatQURE AI responses are intended to support user understanding only and should not be treated as a final medical conclusion.

Doctor or specialist recommendations provided by ChatQURE AI are general guidance only. ChatQURE AI does not guarantee that the recommended doctor category, specialty, or medical pathway will be suitable for every user or medical condition.

If a user has serious symptoms, emergency symptoms, sudden pain, breathing difficulty, chest pain, injury, pregnancy-related emergency, severe allergic reaction, or any urgent health concern, the user must immediately contact emergency medical services or visit the nearest hospital.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Payment gateways, Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase, banks, and other payment or transaction-processing providers
• Cloud hosting providers
• Technical infrastructure and analytics tools The Platform may also use third-party AI, cloud, image processing, PDF processing, analytics, or infrastructure providers to process AI-related requests and generate informational responses.

ChatQURE AI does not control and is not responsible for the policies, practices, or performance of such third-party services.

12. Changes to Services

ChatQURE AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or services at any time, with or without notice.

ChatQURE AI shall not be liable to users or third parties for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

13. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
