ChatQURE Pricing Policy

This Pricing Policy explains how consultation charges, payments, and pricing-related matters are handled on the ChatQURE platform (the "Platform").
ChatQURE is owned and operated by Forge Aura Technologies Private Limited ("ChatQURE", "we", "our", or "us").
By using the Platform, you agree to this Pricing Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Consultation Pricing Model
1.1 Per-Minute Billing
All healthcare consultations on ChatQURE are billed on a per-minute basis.
The applicable per-minute rate is determined by factors such as:
- The healthcare professional consulted
- Area of specialization
- Professional experience
The exact consultation rate will be clearly displayed before the consultation begins, and charges are calculated based on the actual duration of the consultation.
2. Wallet System
2.1 Prepaid Wallet
ChatQURE operates on a prepaid wallet system. Users must add funds to their wallet before initiating a consultation.
2.2 Real-Time Deductions
Consultation charges are deducted from the wallet balance in real time based on usage duration.
If the wallet balance becomes insufficient, the consultation may be paused or automatically ended.
3. Payments
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Users may add money to their wallet using payment methods available within the Platform.
3.2 Secure Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. ChatQURE does not store complete payment instrument details.
4. Refunds & Adjustments
4.1 Consultation Charges
Once a consultation has started, all charges are final and non-refundable, including in cases of technical issues, connectivity problems, system interruptions, service disruptions, or any circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
ChatQURE shall not be liable to issue refunds for interruptions, failures, or degraded service quality arising from network issues, device limitations, third-party service failures, or other technical reasons.
5. Taxes
Consultation fees may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), as displayed at the time of payment.
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their use of the Platform.
6. Pricing Changes

ChatQURE reserves the right to modify consultation rates, wallet limits, or pricing structures at any time.

Any pricing changes will be reflected on the Platform before a consultation begins. Ongoing consultations will not be affected by pricing changes made after they have started.
7. Pricing Transparency
ChatQURE is committed to transparent pricing practices. There are:
- No hidden charges
- No mandatory subscriptions
- No automatic renewals unless explicitly stated
